Ways to Use Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil
Arthritis: Mix 5 drops of Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil to 1 tbsp hemp oil (or coconut), massage into affected areas.
Brain Health: Diffuse 4 drops of Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil in an essential oil diffuser OR blend 4 drops of Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil with 1 tsp coconut oil, massage into both sides of the spine and across shoulder blades.
Coughing: Mix 4 drops of Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, massage into chest area.
