Ways to Use Jasmine Essential Oil
Breathing: Jasmine Essential Oil helps to alleviate congestion in the respiratory tract. Mix 4 drops of jasmine essential oil with 1 teaspoon grapeseed oil, massage into chest area.
Cold & Flu: Jasmine Essential Oil antiseptic properties are effective at alleviating symptoms of cold and flu. Add 3 drops of jasmine oil into an essential air diffuser and breath in the aromas for 3–4-minute intervals.
