Effective Ways to Use Patchouli Essential Oil
Acne: Mix 4 drops of Patchouli essential oil with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, massage into face and neck.
Athlete’s Foot: Mix 4 drops of Patchouli essential oil with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Apply to affected areas.
Cracked Skin: Blend 4 drops of Patchouli essential oil with 1 tsp coconut oil, rub into cracked skin.
Dandruff: Mix 6 drops of Patchouli essential oil with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Massage into scalp after shampooing the hair, leave for 30 minutes, rinse as normal.
Immune System: Mix 7 drops of Patchouli essential oil with 2 tbsp of coconut oil, massage into body. OR Blend 4 drops of frankincense oil with 1 tsp coconut oil, massage into soles of feet.
Insect Bites: Mix 3 drops of Patchouli essential oil with ½ tsp coconut oil, massage into affected area.
Insect Repellent: Diffuse 4 drops of Patchouli essential oil in an essential oil diffuser.
Mature Skin: Blend 5 drops of Patchouli essential oil with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, massage into face and neck.
Scar Tissue: Blend 4 drops of Patchouli essential oil with 1 tsp of coconut oil, apply to affected areas.

Meditation Diffuser
30 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil
30 drops Lavender Essential Oil
20 drops Patchouli Essential Oil
Add all the essential oils to a dark glass essential oil bottle, gently swirl to blend. Remember to label.
Add 10 drops to essential oil diffuser and diffuse in 30-minute increments (30 minutes on/then 30 minutes off).
Anti-Wrinkle Serum
5 drops Carrot Seed Essential Oil
5 drops Geranium Essential Oil
5 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil
3 drops Lavender Essential Oil
3 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
3 drops Lemon Essential Oil
3 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
3 drops Patchouli Essential Oil
Coconut oil, to fill
Combine all the essential oils in a 2 oz essential oil bottle. Top with coconut oil or other carrier oil of your choice. Shake gently to mix. Use one full dropper after cleaning face in the evening.
