Effective Ways to Use Ravensara Essential Oil:
Aging Skin: add 2 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil to your favorite moisturizer or mix 4 drops with 1 tsp of coconut oil, massage into face and neck.
Bacterial Infections: Blend 6 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil with 1tbsp of carrier oil, add to warm bath. OR Mix 4 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil with 1 tsp coconut oil, apply to affected areas.
Bronchitis: add 4 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil to 1 tsp of coconut oil, massage into chest.
Cold Sores: Mix 1 drop of Ravensara Essential Oil with 1 drop of coconut oil. Apply to cold sore with a cotton swab 2 times a day.
Coughing: Blend 4 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil with 1 tsp carrier oil, massage into chest.
Cuts & Wounds: Mix 3 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil with 1 tsp of carrier oil, apply to area of concern twice per day.
Depression: Diffuse 4 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil in an essential oil diffuser.

Mumps & Measles: Mix 5 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil with 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Dab onto affected areas twice a day.
Muscle Aches & Pains: Blend 5 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil with 1 tbsp coconut oil and add to a warm bath.
Nail Fungus: Mix 3 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil with 1 tsp coconut oil and massage into affected areas.
Shingles: Mix 5 drops of Ravensara Essential Oil with 1 tbsp of coconut oil, gently apply to areas of concern.
