Colds & Flu:  Blend 4 drops of Ginger Essential Oil with 1 tbsp coconut oil, add to warm bath.

Digestion:  Mix 3 drops of Ginger Essential Oil with 1 tsp coconut oil. Massage into abdomen.

Fatigue:  Mix 3 drops of Ginger Essential Oil with 1 tsp coconut oil, massage into feet.

Flatulence:  Mix 3 drops of Ginger Essential Oil with 1 tsp coconut oil. Massage into lower abdomen area.

Menstrual Cramps:  Mix 3 drops of Ginger Essential Oil with 1 tsp coconut oil. Massage into lower abdomen area.

Motion Sickness:  Mix 2 drops of Ginger Essential Oil, massage behind and under the ears.

Muscle Aches & Pains:  Blend 4 drops of Ginger Essential Oil with 1 tbsp coconut oil, add to warm bath.

Varicose Veins:   Mix 3 drops of Ginger Essential Oil with 1 tsp coconut oil. Massage OVER the entire limb NOT directly over varicose veins.
