Blemishes: Dilute one drop of Lavender Essential Oil into a drop of grapeseed oil. Apply directly on blemish.
Burns: For MINOR burns that don’t require medical intervention, immediately place 2-3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to affected area, lavender oil aids in relieving pain and prevents blisters from forming. It will sting when applied but stand firm. The results will be worth it.
Cystitis: Mix 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil with 1 tbsp of coconut oil, add to warm bath.
Digestion: Blend 4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil with 1 tsp of grapeseed oil. Massage into abdomen in clockwise direction.
Hyperactivity: Diffuse 4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil into a diffuser OR blend 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil with 1 teaspoon of grapeseed oil. Add to warm bath.
Dry Skin Conditions: Mix 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil with 1 tbsp of coconut oil, massage into affected areas.
Earache: Mix 2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil with 2 drops of coconut oil, gently massage oil behind each ear to relieve pain. NEVER place essential oils directly ear drum.

Sinusitis: Add 4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil into essential oil diffuser and inhale the aroma.
Stress & Tension: Lavender Essential Oil has been used to relieve tension and stress for decades. It is the oil that is reached for first when tensions are running high. Add 4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to an oil diffuser OR you could mix 4 drops with 1 tbsp grapeseed oil, add to warm bath.
A quick recipe to share because I’ve used this blend for years and it always works.
Demejo’s Migraine Rollerball
6 drops of lavender essential oil
6 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
6 drops of peppermint oil
1 30ml glass roller ball
Grapeseed oil
Optional:
Lavender flowers (just a few buds)
Peppermint leaf (half a leaf)
Place the essential oils, grapeseed carrier oil and if you want to use lavender flower and peppermint leaves, crush those and place all ingredients in a rollerball bottle and shake well.
Apply to nape of neck, behind the ears and both temples.
For an extra cooling sensation, keep refrigerated until ready for use.
