Therapeutic Uses:  muscular spasm and contractions, rheumatism, menstrual cramps, rashes, acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin irritation, inflammation skin infections, sunburn, insect bites, insomnia, anxiety, depression, nervousness, depression, stress related conditions.

Ways to Use Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

Acne:  Mix 4 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil with 1 teaspoon coconut oil, massage into face and neck.

Constipation:  Mix 4 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil with 1 teaspoon coconut oil, massage into abdomen and lower back.

Depression and Mood Stabilizer:  Diffuse 6 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil   into a diffuser.  You could also dilute 6 drops of chamomile oil in 1 tbsp coconut oil, add mixture to a warm bath.

Detox: Mix 6 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil in 1 tbsp coconut oil, add mixture to a warm bath.

Diarrhea:  Mix 5 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil  with 1 tsp of coconut oil, massage into abdomen.

Flatulence: Blend 5 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil with 1 tsp of coconut oil, massage into abdomen.

Hay Fever: Mix 3 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil with 1 tsp coconut oil, massage into face. OR Diffuse 5 drops in an oil diffuser.

Insomnia:  Diffuse 4 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil in an essential oil diffuser before bedtime.

Menstrual Cramps:  Mix 5 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil with 1 tbsp of coconut oil, massage into abdomen and lower back.

Nausea:  Mix 5 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil with 1 tbsp of coconut oil, massage into abdomen. Repeat twice a day.
