Colds & Flu:  Diffuse 5 drops of Myrrh Essential Oil in an essential oil diffuser OR Mix 5 drops of Myrrh Essential Oil with 1 teaspoon coconut oil, massage into chest area.

PMS: Blend 4 drops of Myrrh Essential Oil with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, massage into the soles of the feet. OR Diffuse 5 drops of Myrrh Essential Oil in an essential oil diffuser.

Rashes: Blend 6 drops of Myrrh Essential Oil with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, massage into body. 

Ringworm:  Blend 6 drops of Myrrh Essential Oil with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, massage into body. OR Mix 4 drops of Myrrh Essential Oil with 1 tablespoon coconut oil, add to bath.

Scar Tissue:  Mix 4 drops of Myrrh Essential Oil with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, massage into scar tissue.

Stretch Marks: Blend 4 drops of Myrrh Essential Oil with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, massage into affected areas.
